The product itself was fine, so I don’t really have major complaints there. But am I missing something, or is their customer support just really slow? I had to send follow-up emails before I got any actual help, which made the whole experience a lot more frustrating than it needed to be.

I got hair from moresoo.com, it kind of felt like unlocking a whole new version of my hair. One day I wore it straight and felt super put together, then I curled it a little and suddenly it was giving full main-character energy. I even tried a half-up look, and it blended well with my natural hair.
The only dramatic little battle was figuring out how to make it sit just right at first. It took me a bit of practice, but once I got the hang of it, everything was fine. It’s not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with it.

The issue was more with what happened after that, because the refund seemed to take a lot longer than I expected, and I found myself waiting around and checking my account more often than I would’ve liked.
I did message them a couple of times, and they did respond, so it’s not like I was completely ignored. But the replies felt a bit generic, almost like standard copy-and-paste answers, which didn’t really make me feel like anything was moving faster. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but overall the process felt slower and less smooth than it should have been...

I’m happy with it overall. It worked out well for me, though I did feel like the shipping took a little longer than I expected.
